National Training Directors (m/f)
Your tasks:
- sell RTC Regional Training Centre Franchises
- sell and assist RTC to sell M/T Marketer/Trainer Franchises
- conduct all (NFT) New Franchisee Training
- conduct all (CTT) Certified Trainer Training
- quality-control all training and service performance
- sell and service all national network clients
- organise a national PR and advertising campaign
- organise and co-ordinate prospecting & appointment support services with the internal sales team
Requirements:
- Executive Management experience
- Sales Management background
- Active Leadership Skills
- Willingness to learn
- Team leader
- Entrepreneurial ambition
- A National SME network
- No Training Experience is necessary
